We are your specialist for sealing solutions in the automotive sector – for almost 40 years.
Our headquarters, including O-ring and PTFE production as well as our main warehouse, is located in the Hamburg area. Across more than 12.000 m², all threads come together. Our product range includes over 150,000 items, with more than 40,000 different products available directly from stock. In addition to our main office in Germany, we operate subsidiaries in South Africa and China.
With our international locations, we ensure global availability and first-class service. Our extensive network of representatives means we’re close to our customers – wherever they are.
As sealing experts, we provide critical components for applications where precision is key and there’s no room for tolerance – in both standard and custom designs.

Expert in Automotive Seals
As an expert in automotive seals, we supply the aftermarket in the truck and passenger car sectors.
Our portfolio includes O-rings, gasket sets, oil seals, engine parts, repair kits, hydraulic seals, PTFE products, and flat gaskets.
In addition to many industry-standard products, we also offer a wide range of special sizes and custom blends. We assemble repair kits based on market experience and customer requirements.
Whether oil seals, cylinder head gaskets, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, valve stem seals, complete gasket sets, or repair kits and spare parts – our experience, combined with a range that covers all sealing materials and types, makes us the ideal partner for well-known automotive customers, industry, and wholesalers.
The Basis for Our Excellent Performance
The foundation for our excellent performance features is, on the one hand, our wide range of elastomers and rubber compounds, and on the other hand, the expertise of our on-site employees, who ensure high production quality.
The know-how of our employees guarantees short production times for the required tools and makes us independent of sub-suppliers. Due to the high availability of raw materials, we have fast delivery times for both PTFE and elastomers. A guarantee of the high quality of our products is the toolmaking, which is always maintained and serviced by our team, as well as the 100% inspection of our manufactured seals.
High Flexibility in O-Ring Production
With over 2,500 tool molds and 7,500 different tools at our headquarters in Ammersbek, we are extremely flexible in O-ring production. In our machine park, over 75 vulcanization presses produce O-rings with an inner diameter of 5 mm to 999 mm.
In addition to our own toolmaking, extensive storage of standard dimensions ensures short delivery times. Our delivery program includes well over 150,000 items. Over 40,000 different products are always available from stock.
Engine parts, gasket kits and repair kits
The cylinder head gasket is the most important component in almost every combustion engine.
In addition to seals for new vehicles, repair kits play an extremely important role. Because these are sets of components that are intended to service or replace a very specific automotive unit.
We supply, among other things, spare parts for gearboxes, steering systems, clutch cylinders, hydraulic gearboxes, clutches and injector sets.
O-rings
O-rings are found in a variety of applications across a wide
range of industries. Their versatility makes them the most commonly
used sealing components.
With their simple geometry and excellent properties, O-rings can be used for both static and dynamic use.
Using our modern machine park of injection molding and compression molding presses, we manufacture high-quality O-rings in all common dimensions and elastomers.
